Oklahoma State University welcomes new transfer students during specialized sessions called "Transfer Days." 

Most transfer students don't believe they need orientation because they've already been a part of a community college or university setting.  We understand transfer students bring with them a certain level of understanding when it comes to higher education, but there are some things about OSU you need to know to maximize your shortened time here and develop a plan for your future.

Whether you've completed 60 hours elsewhere or have only taken a semester's course load, there will still be transitions to make.

You need to know what to expect and how to find the resources to meet the transition head on with the tools you need for success.

Transfer days provides time to learn all you can about OSU, meet the people you'll see everyday, and connect with academic and student life resources. In addition, you'll spend time with academic advisers to map the best academic direction for you during enrollment.

This is your first step toward academic and life long success. We lay the foundation for you... what you build on it is up to you.
