Welcome to New Student Orientation

Freshmen Beginning Summer/Fall 2008

This includes students graduating from high school in spring 2008 or who have not attended college before

• Overnight and one day orientation program options begin May 12 and run weekdays through June 30.

Transfer Students Beginning in Summer/Fall 2008

Students who graduated from high school prior to 2008 or have a GED and have taken at least 6 credit hours at another institution

• The first transfer orientation programs will be held April 7th, 11th, and 18th.  Additional sessions will be scheduled throughout the summer.

International Students

International student orientation is conducted through the International Students and Scholars Office - not through New Student Orientation. Please visit the ISS Web site to contact them directly.

Fall 2008 Concurrent High School Students

Students taking a course or two at OSU while enrolled in high school.
